Delete your account

You can do it yourself from the app in a few taps - or, if you cannot get in, ask us and we will take care of it for you.

From the app

  1. 1Open PlanToCode on iPhone or Android.
  2. 2Head to Settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm when prompted, and you are done.

Cannot get in?

Email support from your account address and include the line delete my PlanToCode account - that is all we need to find you and start the process.

What deletion clears

Your account, paired devices, the workspace records our services hold, mobile registrations, and notification tokens are all removed. Local app data clears once the server confirms the deletion went through.

A couple of exceptions

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in the store where you got them. And we may keep certain billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records for as long as the law requires.
