You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract for services, or from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods in case of goods contracts.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Starting Performance During the Withdrawal Period
The result depends on whether the purchase is legally classified as a service, digital content, or another type of contract and on the request and acknowledgements captured in that purchase flow. Where applicable law requires an express request to begin performance, an acknowledgement concerning loss of the withdrawal right, or confirmation on a durable medium, that step must occur in the purchase flow. The checked product does not implement one universal PlanToCode flow for Stripe, Apple, and Google purchases, so this page does not state that those steps occurred for a particular transaction.
Paid services: If a service contract requires you to pay, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost only once the service has been fully performed, and only if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right once the trader had fully performed the contract. Merely starting a paid service does not by itself end the withdrawal right.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: If such a contract requires you to pay, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when performance begins—without waiting for full performance—but only if you first expressly consented to performance beginning during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right, and received the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. This page does not treat the right as lost unless all conditions applicable to the transaction are met.
If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period and then validly withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full contract. You do not bear that cost if we failed to give the legally required information or if you did not expressly request performance during the withdrawal period. This rule applies only when its statutory conditions are met and does not, by itself, classify a particular PlanToCode purchase as a service.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases: Apple or Google processes the payment and reimbursement as the applicable purchase channel. You may need to submit the reimbursement request through that store. This processing route does not change or limit the statutory rights and deadlines above to the extent they apply to your contract.
Credits and subscriptions: This page does not state that consumed credits are always the lawful measure of a proportionate amount, or that deleting an account cancels a store subscription. Contact us with the purchase channel and order details so the applicable process can be identified.
